Leadership Oakdale is your opportunity to step into a program designed to inspire, educate, and empower community members. By joining this transformative experience, you’ll deepen your understanding of our community while building valuable connections with like-minded individuals and influential leaders.

Program Highlights

• 11 Months of Engagement: One Thursday a month from February to December 2025.
• Interactive Sessions: Topics include Oakdale’s history and culture, law and public safety, factory work, and more.
• Graduation Recognition: Celebrate your accomplishments at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Dinner, with each participant recognized as a Leadership Oakdale Graduate.

• Exclusive access to behind-the-scenes experiences in local industries, government, and organizations.

Who Can Apply?
Leadership Oakdale is open to all community members eager to enhance their leadership potential and expand their role in community affairs. Applicants must commit to the program’s attendance requirements and have their employer’s support if applicable.

Tuition: $750

• Includes program materials, meals, and awards dinner.
