After growing up in the Bay Area and earning a bachelor’s degree in business, Mark began his career in the insurance field. Now a 25-year resident of the Central Valley, he serves as Branch Director at AAA, where he leads a team of 25 serving members from Manteca to Sonora. Through his 32 years with the organization, he has gained extensive experience in finance, leadership, and building a strong workplace culture.

Allison Carroll Schwartz has been a loan officer since 2006 and strives every day to help her clients and their families achieve their personal and financial goals through quality home loans. She specializes in Conventional, FHA, and VA purchases and refinances for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties in the Modesto and Oakdale areas.

Will Jones, a lifelong Oakdale resident, is a valued member of our community. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate from the University of Arizona before returning home to help run his family’s business, Touchdown Properties, where he serves as a Realtor and oversees the property management division. In addition to his professional work, Will serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Oakdale and is a founding member of the Oakdale Young Professionals.

Erica Escobar is passionate about supporting small businesses and strengthening the greater Oakdale business community. She is the co-owner of Ike Loa Candle Co. with her husband, where they love spreading aloha through their products and giving back to the community. Through the sale of their candles, they proudly support many local and interstate emergencies and fundraising efforts.

Katrina Plante is passionate about the local community and has previously served on the Chamber Board. She is family-oriented and values giving back to the community she calls home. Katrina is excited to continue supporting efforts that strengthen and connect the Oakdale community.

Syvanna Gilton has deep roots in the Oakdale community and is passionate about supporting its continued growth and success. Her commitment to the Chamber has been outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to support its mission and local businesses. Cathy Stonecipher is the co-owner of HELIUS, LLC, a women- and minority-owned business based at the Oakdale Airport. HELIUS provides helicopter services that assist PG&E and other power companies in rebuilding and maintaining power lines throughout California, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona. She is a proud mom of four teenagers and works alongside her husband and business partner, John. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running 10Ks to half marathons, and tending to her chickens.
