DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nLeadership Oakdale gives participants an overview of the various inner working of business, government, agriculture, health services, education, social/cultural, and communication in our area. This is a great opportunity for potential leaders to gain a well-rounded educational and networking experience in Oakdale. \nTuition for each participant is $500. Tuition is nonrefundable and must be paid prior to the first leadership meeting to go towards the Oakdale Chamber Foundation for scholarships.\nOakdale Leadership Program requires full participation and attendance. Time commitment is one day per month for ten months starting in February. The program focuses on developing and enhancing leadership skills and provides exposure to a wide range of subjects including:\n\nAgricultural\nBusiness and Industry\nEconomic Development\nEducation\nHealth Care/Social Services\nHistory and Culture\nLaw and Public Safety\nLocal Government\nMedia Relations\nTeam Building\n\nGraduation recognition at the 2024 Annual Awards Dinner.\nIf you or one of your staff would like to participate in this program, contact the chamber office at 209-847-2244 or ceo@oakdalechamber.com or download an application here.
